Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, had everything on hand you could possibly need. Particularly liked the bespoke artwork in the room and public areas; a lovely unique touch. Couldn't fault our stay and would definitely use again if back in the area.

Staff were very helpful especially at the Reception. The location was perfect near to a shopping complex with a cinema. The breakfast was great. The contemporary design of the hotel was very pleasant.
A mini fridge in the room would have been great!

Comfy bed and pillows and large towels.
For the price we paid I thought the TV channels very limited. We could not get mobile phone reception from our room and the radiators made a tremendous racket all night which woke me up several times. They also served the most expensive breakfast £10.00 for a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee that I have ever known.

We were given room 39. The bed mattress was very lumpy and we rolled into the middle as it was poorly sprung. A noise was constant throughout the night and the only way we could stop it was by flushing the toilet. When we mentioned this at check out the receponist said she would mention the maintenance. As we hadnt complained during the night she didnt offer a discount. But as it started at 1am and woke us up we really didnt want to pack our things and change rooms.
